No CommentsThe rocket was launched to public acclaim in the Kiva on April 18, 2018 – no, not the latest space traveler though some guests did enquire as to whether they should come dressed as astronauts. The rocket is our latest commitment as Ursulines to reducing our footprint and protecting our environment. Lorne Little, our Operations Manager, welcomed guests at the launch who included members from the City Council, our neighbours, interested citizens and proud Ursulines.

From June 11 to June 16, 2017, we Ursulines of Chatham, steeped in the Chapter theme, “Celebrate, Flourish, Now”, gathered at Villa Angela to reflect on our past four years and to establish our direction for the future.
